Refund policy

Digital products only. Every product sold on this store is a digital file. Nothing is printed and nothing is shipped, so there are no physical returns.

Refunds. Because files are delivered immediately and can be kept permanently, all sales are final once a download link has been issued.

If something goes wrong. If your download link does not work, the file will not open, or you were charged more than once, email contact@leetrainingco.com within 14 days of your order with your order number. We will fix it or refund you.

Duplicate orders. If you bought the same program twice by mistake, email us within 14 days and we will refund the duplicate.

Before opening a dispute. Please email us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Most problems are sorted out the same day.

Your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live.
